Hello and welcome to my practice. My practice offers telehealth sessions to clients in Texas Florida, and Vermont.
Since opening my private practice in 2006, I’ve specialized in relationship counseling and coaching, with a deep focus on sexuality and emotional intimacy. I find immense fulfillment in working with clients navigating a broad spectrum of relationship dynamics, including those who embrace consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, and alternative family structures. I am also committed to creating a safe, supportive environment for LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and families, offering gender-affirming therapy that recognizes and respects the diverse spectrum of gender identities and sexual orientations.
I have a strong background in supporting individuals and relationships through the complexities of gender exploration, transitioning, and coming out, with a focus on affirming and validating each person’s authentic self. I work collaboratively with clients to explore and strengthen their relationships, whether it involves negotiating boundaries, fostering communication, or dealing with the challenges that often arise within non-binary and gender-expansive relationships.
Additionally, I have extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through the emotional and relational fallout of infidelity. While anxiety and depression often accompany these experiences, I approach each case with empathy, looking not only at the pain but also at the broader relational dynamics that may have contributed to these situations. I support clients in identifying patterns and developing healthier ways of relating, whether they are rebuilding trust or transitioning into a new phase of their relationship.
Some of the key areas I frequently work with include:
- Navigating and affirming LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse identities within relationships
- Exploring sexuality, desire, and emotional intimacy in a variety of relational structures
- Supporting clients through non-monogamy and polyamory, including communication, jealousy, and boundary-setting
- Managing the impact of infidelity on emotional and relational health
- Addressing mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, within the context of relationship struggles
- Cultivating healthier relationship patterns and improving communication strategies

Specializations
Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor (LPC-S, CST)
As an ASSECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST) and a Kink Aware Professional, I offer counseling services from an LGBTQIA+ affirming and gender-affirming perspective. My approach is characterized by a friendly, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental style, creating a safe space for clients to discuss sensitive issues. Many clients seek support with challenges in their relationships, such as anger, communication difficulties, or sexual intimacy concerns. Additionally, I provide counseling for individuals experiencing religious deconstruction and recovering from spiritual abuse and trauma which often coexists with the specific challenges my clients are facing.
In addition to traditional counseling modalities, I now offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Psychedelic Integration Therapy. KAP is a form of therapy that utilizes ketamine, a medication with anesthetic properties, to facilitate therapeutic breakthroughs and emotional healing. My clients can access this therapy from the comfort of their own home setting or through group retreats. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy has shown promise in treating a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain. It can provide profound insights and transformative experiences under the guidance of a trained therapist.
